- Our Service Department is staffed with 5 technicians with over 140 years of accumulated
experience. All of our technicians are factory-trained as new Products are launched, and
continue to maintain personal computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, typewriters and
other related products, as old as 20+ years.
- OEC technicians install,maintain and repair personal computers. This includes installing Microsoft software and updates, replacing and reloading hard drives, software and data transfers, power supplies and mainboards. We also set up PCs on networks,installing all printers and scanner drivers, TCP-IP settings, and internet connections.
- We are very experienced in network cabling, and understand all the current building codes required. We have completely installed cabling & connections for new construction, remodels, and additional work stations on existing networks. We check and certify all circuits, and test with live equipment.
- OEC technicians are very adept with installing copiers, printers, fax, scanners and configuring these products on existing network. We can do the entire project from start to finish.
- OEC Service offers complete coverage maintenance contracts on Personal Computers, laptops, printers, copiers and fax machines.
